Using Finyto

Finyto helps a household plan and track its own money. You need to be 16 or older to create an account; a parent or guardian sets up any child profile and controls what that child can see.
02

Your family space

Whoever creates the family space is its admin. Sharing an invite code gives that person access to shared envelopes, balances and activity in the space — treat the code like a key.
03

Your content

Your budgets, notes and amounts stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to store them, sync them to your family devices and show them back to you.
04

Fair use

Do not break the app, resell it, or use it to handle money that is not yours to manage. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other members.
05

Free plan

Finyto is free for one family of up to six members. If paid plans launch, existing families keep everything they already use for the current billing period.
06

No financial advice

Finyto shows you your own numbers. It does not give financial, tax or legal advice, and it does not move money on your behalf.
07

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting the family space removes shared data for every member after a 30-day grace period.
08

Changes and contact

We tell you in the app before material changes to these terms take effect. Questions go to hello@finyto.family. Governing law: Georgia (draft — confirm jurisdiction with counsel).

Privacy Policy

01

What we collect

Your name and email, the budget data you enter (envelopes, amounts, notes, goals), and basic device and crash information needed to keep the app working.
02

What we never do

No advertising, no selling or renting your data, and no bank-login scraping. Finyto does not read your bank account.
03

Who can see what

Admins and partners see shared envelopes, goals and family activity. A child profile sees only their own allowance and balance. Private envelopes stay visible to you alone.
04

Children

A child profile holds a first name and an allowance balance. We do not ask children for an email, a phone number or a payment method, and their data is deleted with the family space.
05

Where it lives

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and synced only between devices signed in to your family space. Backups are kept for 30 days.
06

Your rights

Export everything as CSV from Settings, correct anything inline, or delete your account and its data. Requests are answered within 30 days.
07

Changes

If this policy changes materially we tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
